Cassi Olson



Cassi, of counsel to the firm, has established long-term partnerships and relationships with multiple high-profile companies and individuals across industries. She is a savvy and highly driven attorney with extensive experience in SEC/finance and entertainment matters and possesses a broad spectrum of competencies that include: planning, structuring and management, analysis, strategy, branding and negotiation as well as corporate transactions.

Cassi also has extensive experience practicing securities law, specializing in: public company representation, going public, mergers & acquisitions, private placements, world-wide licensing and distribution agreements, reverse mergers, capital raises, business & corporate law and SEC filings and defense matters.

Cassi is an expert at bringing offshore companies into US capital markets and is skilled at preparing international contracts and venture negotiations. She has managed all aspects of legal activities encompassing drafting motions and petitions, preparing filings and contractual negotiations and settlements.

Throughout her career she has secured strategic partnerships and contractual agreements with leading Fortune 500 companies and entertainment organizations, including: Credit Suisse, UBS, the Apollo Group, UMG, Sony, Def Jam and Russell Simmons brand as well as industry giants such as Chrysler/Jeep, Stella Artois, Miller Brewing Company, GM, McDonalds, Verizon, Bruckheimer Films, and more.


Cassi lives in Los Angeles with her partner and her rescue dogs. She serves as a board member for One Warm Coat, a national non-profit organization that works to provide a free, warm coat to any person in need. She also volunteers at the West Los Angeles Animal Shelter as well as Chicago Volunteer Legal Services where she is an advocate for under-served communities.


Cassi received a B.A. in Economics and Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
Cassi received her J.D. from The John Marshall School of Law.
