Elena Ende

Chief Operating Officer


Elena, Chief Operating Officer to the firm, was previously a Vice President in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs. At Goldman, Elena covered mid-to-large cap industrials companies with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions. Earlier in her career, Elena covered international transportation companies and advised on public and private equity and debt capital raises including: IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, secured and unsecured debt, term loans and securitizations. She began her investment banking career as an analyst at Citigroup in 2004. Elena has acted as advisor for over $10 billion of M&A transactions, over $4 billion of public equity offerings and over $7 billion of public debt offerings.

In addition to her COO responsibilities, Elena leads Kaplowitz Firm’s pro bono outreach.


Elena was born and raised in Los Angeles and currently lives in New York City and Provincetown, MA with her husband, son and energetic coonhound, Grover.
Elena is actively involved in both communities and is a member of the Patron’s Circle of the American Museum of Natural History, a patron of the New York Presbyterian Children’s Hospital, a member of Temple Emanu-El and a member of the Provincetown Art Association and Museum PAAM Circle.


Elena received a M.A. in Economics from New York University’s Graduate School of Arts & Sciences.
Elena received a B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and Business-Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.
